Since I started, I've lost over 52 kg (114.6 lbs) and I currently have a body fat% of 25.
GOALS
- Get down to 20% bodyfat
- Deadlift 130 kg/287 lbs (Current max, 125 kg/278 lbs)
- Be strong enough to do 1 wide grip pull-up by summer 2013
