New training tights, got another pair as well. Been breaking my bench, deadlift and squat PR the last couple of weeks so my motivation is through the roof haha.

Anyhow sorry for being off for so long, I got into a car crash but(cause of the icy roads) everything except for the car were ok. I only got some neckpains which is gone now. Teemo’s all ok too suprisingly, considering the car turning in to mush :s

Also. Did back/biceps last night. The gymowner was there watching my deadlift. First I pulled 286.6 lbs and he was really impressed and he encouraged me to try pull more! (a)

Then I pulled a new PR, 297.6 lbs and he was even more amazed! 

Sooooo close to 300.

Got a warning from the owner for dropping weights.(I didn’t smash them, I really made an effort to put the dbs down slowly)

Looked up som videos of him training on youtube and he drops the weights, like really not even trying to put the dumbells down quietly. 

I swear he has something against me.
